PAY ATTENTION TO ALL FIVE FOOD GROUPS: FRUIT, SAUSAGE ROLLS, POPCORN, CUSTARD TARTS AND LUNCH.

BEGIN EACH DAY WITH THREE LONG BLACKS, A COKE AND A PACKET OF PETER STUYVESANT.
